About Our Michigan Raw Honey

Our small-batch honey is cold-processed, never pasteurized, and always handled by hand. This careful process preserves the enzymes, pollens, and nutrients that make raw honey so sought after. Every jar reflects the purity of its bloom — a wellness-forward indulgence meant for your table, not the pantry.

We offer a rotating selection of raw honey varieties — always limited in quantity and seasonally harvested. Choose any three while they last.

Wildflower Honey

Our Michigan wildflower honey is gathered from a vibrant range of blooms across the state. Deep golden and polyfloral, it’s packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Fans of wildflower honey praise its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits, and many seek it out for digestion, immune support, and potential allergy relief thanks to its trace local pollens.

Acacia (Locust Blossom) Honey

Light, clear, and delicate — Acacia honey is as elegant as it gets. Sourced from the blossoms of Michigan’s black locust trees, it stays liquid longer and resists crystallization. The smooth, floral taste makes it perfect for drizzling, stirring into tea, or pairing with fresh cheeses.

Blueberry Honey

This one surprises people — not blueberry-flavored, but drawn from the blossoms themselves. Our Blueberry honey is smooth and creamy, with soft floral notes and a refined mouthfeel. It complements herbal teas, breakfast spreads, and baked goods with subtle sweetness.

Apple Blossom Honey

Bright and lightly floral, Apple Blossom honey finishes with a crispness that makes it a versatile pantry staple. Its gentle, balanced sweetness works well in vinaigrettes, herbal teas, or lightly sweetened desserts. As a monofloral honey, it carries the distinct imprint of Michigan’s apple orchards.

Japanese Knotweed Honey

Dark and bold, this honey offers deep caramel, toffee, and nutty notes. Often compared to buckwheat honey, Japanese Knotweed honey is smoother yet still rich in antioxidants. Mead makers and bakers love it for robust applications — in coffee, breads, or as a glaze for meats.
