Shipping large pieces of furniture will require a White Glove shipper, who will provide placement, set-up and removal of packaging materials. Please note that — with the exception of Standard and Express delivery and UPS Mail Innovations — the freight carrier will text, call, or email to schedule a delivery appointment. We will work with you to find and confirm a White Glove carrier. The cost for the White Glove shipper will be the customers responsibility.
If upon purchasing a piece of furniture and the cost of shipping is more than you anticipated, the entire purchase price will be refunded to your account.
All major credit cards are accepted at our shop, Roses of Silverbell in Lake Orion.
PayPal is the credit card processing system we use to allow our customers to checkout securely while shopping with us at our online store. You do not need to have an account with PayPal, but PayPal is the platform we choose to use for the safety and convenience of our customers.
