Our Winter White honey is created during Michigans deep winter freeze. Crystalized into a spreadable paste like mixture of honey crystals, it is delicious on your toast. Or used as a glaze in baking. This is a seasonable product. Please check on availabilty.

Our honey is cold extracted and never pasteurized. The healthful benefits and flavors are never degraded.

It is packaged in a lovely presentation of an 8 oz. glass jar, with a gold lid, and makes a wonderful gift of love and friendship.

Please wait until your baby is 12 months old before introducing honey to them.
