Klara Sever (1935–2021) was a Czech born sculptor renowned for her modern abstract works. Her creations often exhibit free-flowing lines and organic forms, reflecting a deep understanding of space and movement. Throughout her career, Sever collaborated with Austin Productions, a New York-based company known for producing high-quality sculptures on a commercial scale.
One of her notable pieces is “Portrait de Femme” (Portrait of a Woman), created in 1979. This sculpture showcases Sever’s signature abstract style, capturing the essence of feminine grace through its fluid lines and minimalist design.
